Our Workshops
There is something beautiful and calming about spending time in Nature and working with flowers. In pursuit of this, Eleven Mile Farm has created a number of specialty floral experiences for customers on the farm. Whether it is in celebration of a loved one or for one’s own health benefits, join Becca and learn about growing and using seasonal flowers in arranging, creating and celebrating all things floral. An unforgettable experience guaranteed. *Private workshops are available upon request for groups of eight or more. Holiday Wreath Workshop

Create your own special holiday wreath for your home! Becca will show you how to take an evergreen wreath from simple to WOW using ribbon and decorative features from the farm. Each wreath measures approximately 22" in diameter. Wreath frame and all elements provided.

Let’s share in our gratitude for loved ones and create a gorgeous Thanksgiving arrangement for your home! We will feature a variety of foraged and dried items and fresh flowers and help you create a lasting glorious centerpiece for your holiday.

Blooming Flowers- Dahlia Arrangement Workshop

In this unique 90-minute workshop we will highlight DAHLIAS! We will visit one of Becca’s dahlia fields and discuss all things dahlias- growing, maintaining, cutting and arranging. Each participant will be provided all the materials needed to create a beautiful centerpiece she or he can take home to enjoy.
As this is an active workshop, please wear proper foot gear. We will be heading into the fields, so if you are not comfortable walking on uneven terrain, consider your participation.

Dried Floral Wreath Workshop

Flex your creative talents while making a wreath with dried flowers that is unique and true to each participant's spirit. Enjoy using dried hydrangea, cones, celosia, Lavender, gomphrena and a host of other specialty grown items- all 100% grown and dried on the farm. Wreath frame and dried flowers included.
