We are looking to build our team here at Eleven Mile Farm!
Do you love digging in the dirt? Do you dream of spending time surrounded by beautiful flowers in an amazing setting?
Consider joining the team as a volunteer Farm Hand!
As a Farm Hand, you will volunteer in a wide variety of tasks and projects including:
Seed starting and transplanting
Harvesting
Weeding
Fertilization
Organic pest and disease control
Other daily tasks that keep the fields going!
You will have the experience of working alongside Becca and Mike on a true flower farm in a beautiful setting and learning about sustainable farming practices. It’s an opportunity to really be a part of the growing experience. And YES- you will have access to some of the bounties from the fields!
