Flowershop Manager

Eleven Mile Farm is a family-owned private farm located just outside of Pittsburgh. We specialize in the Slow flower movement where the focus is on seasonal flowers grown using sustainable growing practices. Between March and November, we produce unique varieties of flowers that are sold locally through our floral CSAs, arrangements and to local florists for design work.

As a Flowershop Manager, the individual will work closely with Becca and take the lead on the following:

• CSA organization and management

• Bouquet making

• Arrangement making

• Workshop development

• Private event management

• Social media promotion

• Management of volunteers and crew

Ideal candidate will have some experience with gardening or growing and creativity. We are looking for both a solid independent work ethic and an ability to work with others. Communication skills and a passion for nurturing plants is a must. Since we are a younger farm, there is a level of learning that we are all doing every day.
